WHAT IS LASER ENGRAVING?
Our CO2 laser machines etch directly onto the glass. This super heated treatment scratches the surface of the glass creating a frosted appearance. The appearance can vary depending on the amount of oxygen trapped in the glass, the color and age of the glass, and the design. Meaning each glass is 100% unique.

How Long Does Engraving Take?
It takes roughly 3 business days to complete your item/gift set.
Is It Dishwasher Safe?
Etching on glassware is permanent and dishwasher safe! Though we always recommend hand washing stemmed glassware to avoid breaking any delicate stems.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make design updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing information in the design. If you need to make a change in delivery address please let us know asap at hello@everythingetched.com with your order number.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer returns on any items that are customized or personalized. Non-personalized orders can be returned but since they are made-to-order the expense of return is on the customer.
